Atelier Return & Exchange Standard
We want every gentleman to experience an impeccable fit. If your garment does not fit as desired or you wish to request a refund, size exchange and full refunds are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided all original tags and product remain completely intact.
1. Eligibility & Return Window
Patrons may initiate a size exchange or refund request within 7 calendar days from the date the parcel is delivered by the courier. Requests submitted beyond 7 days cannot be accepted.
2. Mandatory Product Condition (Applies to Both Refunds & Size Exchanges)
To qualify for either a size exchange or a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- All Tags Intact: The garment's original brand tags, labels, and security seals must remain attached, unbroken, and intact.
- Unworn & Unwashed Condition: The garment must be completely unworn (except for trying on for sizing), unwashed, and free of any scents (perfume, cologne, smoke, or detergent marks).
- Original Presentation Packaging: The garment must be returned with its original presentation elements, including the complimentary heavy-gauge rope shopping bag and the debossed signature rigid drawer box (if chosen at checkout).
- Flawless Fabric: Free of stains, snags, pulls, or alterations.
3. Seamless Size Exchange Process
Getting the right fit is paramount. We make size exchanges effortless:

GC-...) and your requested replacement size.
- Our atelier team will confirm availability of your requested size and arrange a reverse courier pickup or exchange at your doorstep.
- Upon inspecting the returned garment to ensure all tags and packaging are intact, your new replacement size is dispatched immediately.
4. Refund Policy & Methods
If you prefer a refund rather than an exchange, simply notify our concierge within the 7-day period. Once the returned item arrives at our atelier and passes physical inspection confirming intact tags and unworn condition:
- Your full product refund will be processed promptly within 2 to 3 business days.
- Refunds are disbursed directly via bKash, Nagad, or Direct Bank Transfer according to your preference.
- Standard courier delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an atelier dispatch error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Each piece is individually inspected before leaving our atelier. In the rare event that your garment arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a zero-cost exchange or 100% full refund with priority dispatch.
